Kenneth R. Feinberg, Esq. serves as the Special Master of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund and was the mediator in the Agent Orange case, the Silicone Gel Breast Implants Products Liability Litigation, and the Dalkon Shield Claimants’ Trust, among many other complex matters.

Hon. Daniel Weinstein, Ret. was the mediator in the Erin Brockovich case, the Enron case, the Black Farmers class action, the hepatitis C blood product class action, the L tryptophane cases, the California Phen-fen litigation and numerous other mass tort cases.

The Master Class in Mediation provides a rare opportunity to learn from two of the most successful and experienced mediators practicing today.

The class should be attended by:
