On behalf of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program at Harvard Law School, we invite you to participate in an effort to bring the needs and interests of consumers in your country to the forefront of the discussion on the EU-mandated creation of a single platform for online resolution of crossborder e-commerce disputes by 2014.
Below is a link to a 15-minute survey that will enable you to share your views on 1) what kinds of protections consumers in your country need, especially with respect to e-commerce, and 2) what methods will best help consumers in your country to resolve their disputes with businesses in other countries.

Your participation in this survey will be very valuable to our research. We recognize that our survey findings may be useful to you as well and so, at the end of the survey, we will offer you the option to request that we share our final results with you after the survey is concluded. You will also have the option of remaining anonymous, in which case we guarantee that your survey answers will only be used in aggregate.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We can be reached at the email: lperkins@jd13.law.harvard.edu.
Sincerely,
